School Visits
I would love to visit your school and bring my interactive, curriculum-friendly presentations that spark reading, writing, and imagination to your classrooms. My sessions connect storytelling with science, creativity, and character development. More about my presentations are below.

I love speaking to elementary schools and have two fun 45-minute presentations to engage a 3rd-5th grade audience.
Presentation 1: The 7 Lithie Groups of Pied
An interactive presentation where students learn science concepts while exploring imagination and world-building. Living groups mentioned are: mammals, fish, lizards, amphibians, arthropods, birds, and plants. New words are also explained, like portmanteau!
Presentation 2: Story 101: The Idea for Elementary
A step-by-step guide to help young students get story ideas out of their heads and onto the page. This is a gif and meme-heavy presentation that is meant to be interactive and encourage engagement.
Elementary School
I offer two engaging 45-minute presentations for a middle school audience. Both are easy step-by-step guides for students to generate story ideas they can immediately start to develop.
Presentation 1: Story 101: The Idea for Middle School
Similar to Story 101 for Elementary, but with elevated steps and ideas for a middle school audience. Students will learn genre, conventions, and tips to help organize their whimsical thoughts into literary action.
Presentation 2: Story 101: The Character Arc
An engaging presentation explaining exactly how to build a story around your main character and their goals, hopes, and dreams. This presentation can follow Story 101: The Idea, though this is a standalone presentation that can be given on its own without having seen Story 101: The Idea.

Writing Workshop
My workshop is fun, easy, tailored for kids, and designed to accompany Story 101: The Idea. In this workshop, I encourage imagination and hands-on learning.
This workshop comes with a 10-page activity packet that follows along with my step-by-step guide on how to get your idea out of your head and onto the page. I can’t wait to work with your students and see what they create!
